Refund & Return Policy (Kuwait Ministry of Commerce Compliant)

In accordance with Kuwait Ministry of Commerce Law No. 39/2014, AL DIWAN provides a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of order receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original luxury packaging with all tags intact. Non-returnable items include custom-tailored apparel, unsealed fragrances/cosmetics, and hygiene items. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed directly via Kuwait Bank Transfer (IBAN) or Store Credit Voucher within 7 to 14 working days following courier inspection.
